Important Note

In accordance with the Principles Regarding the Admission of Students from Abroad determined by the Council of Higher Education, as of the 2026–2027 academic year, applications will not be accepted from candidates who are, regardless of nationality, in a position to graduate from or have graduated from secondary education (high school) institutions in Türkiye, including TRNC citizens, those who have renounced Turkish citizenship / Blue Card holders, dual citizens, and foreign nationals.

Only candidates who are citizens of Balkan countries, students of embassy schools, students of international private education institutions listed in the MOBIS system, foreign nationals who have come to our country within the scope of projects carried out by the Ministry of National Education and the Council of Higher Education, and those who have completed their education at Turkish schools opened under the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country other than the TRNC are exempt from this restriction.

I was born as a Turkish citizen but later renounced my citizenship with permission from the Ministry of Interior, and I have graduated / am able to graduate from a secondary education (high school) institution in a foreign country outside Türkiye/TRNC. I have not renounced Turkish citizenship, I do not hold a Blue Card, and I do not have dual nationality.
