Ondokuz Mayıs University
- Rule Quota: Quota to be applied pursuant to Article 7, paragraph (c) of the International Student Admission Directive.
In accordance with the Turkish Citizenship Law, candidates who were Turkish citizens by birth but later renounced their Turkish citizenship with the permission of the Ministry of Interior, candidates who can document that they hold a Blue Card granted to those who have lost Turkish citizenship, as well as dual citizens with one nationality being Turkish who have completed their secondary education abroad (excluding the TRNC), and candidates holding Turkish citizenship, may only be admitted to Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Law, and Teaching programs within a limit not exceeding 10% of the quota of the respective programs.
