Yükseköğretim Kurulu tarafından belirlenen Yurtdışından Öğrenci Kabulüne İlişkin Esaslar gereği 2026-2027 eğitim-öğretim yılı itibariyle, uyruk fark etmeksizin (KKTC vatandaşları, TC vatandaşlığından çıkanlar/Mavi Kartlılar, çift uyruklular,  yabancı uyruklular) Türkiye’deki ortaöğretim(lise) kurumlarından mezun olabilecek durumda olan veya mezun olan adayların başvuruları kabul edilmeyecektir.

Yalnızca Balkan ülkeleri uyruğuna sahip olanlar, Elçilik okulları, MOBİS sisteminde yer alan Milletlerarası özel öğretim kurumları ile Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından ve Yükseköğretim Kurulu tarafından yürütülen projeler çerçevesinde ülkemize gelen yabancı uyruklular, KKTC dışında yabancı bir ülkedeki MEB nezdinde açılmış olan Türk okullarında tamamlayanlar bu kısıtlamadan muaf tutulmuştur. 

In accordance with the Principles Regarding the Admission of Students from Abroad determined by the Council of Higher Education, as of the 2026–2027 academic year, applications will not be accepted from candidates who are, regardless of nationality, in a position to graduate from or have graduated from secondary education (high school) institutions in Türkiye, including TRNC citizens, those who have renounced Turkish citizenship / Blue Card holders, dual citizens, and foreign nationals.

Only candidates who are citizens of Balkan countries, students of embassy schools, students of international private education institutions listed in the MOBIS system, foreign nationals who have come to our country within the scope of projects carried out by the Ministry of National Education and the Council of Higher Education, and those who have completed their education at Turkish schools opened under the Ministry of National Education in a foreign country other than the TRNC are exempt from this restriction.
